The Spaghetti was a 5/5 Star and so was all the other food like the Steak Fingers, and their fries and rolls were cooked to perfection! The staff was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I like the salad bar which also is where I got the spaghetti from. They have 2 menus, old paintings and also the Cowboy Amendments!

Absolutely the worst steak I've ever had in my life. A very weird flavor while being bland. It had a weird grey color and seemed like it was cooked in a boiling pot of water then quickly seared on a grill. On a side note probably the best corn I've ever had. Ended up leaving the steak on the table and going across the street and getting McDonald's though. It was more grey looking in person. Great atmosphere though.

Ww went to Bryan'steak house for Denecia's birthday dinner. She loved it. The food was excellent. 👌 A man gave Denecia birthday money 💰. That was Awsome.

You’ll love the Texas vibe in this steakhouse. The food was really good, and the salad bar was a nice touch with the main meal. The prices were fair too. Don’t forget to have your ice cream at the end!

Man oh man used to love this place, first time being back since the reopen and was really disappointed, soggy salad bar, asked for medium steak, but came out well done also had a weird flavor, then wanted to end off w a lil ice cream cone but cones were hard as a rock, won't return unfortunately

It doesn't matter if I am Dining in or Take out. Bryans has never Disappointed The Steak is always cooked exactly how I order it. Add in the Potatoe and Salad Bar(yesyou even get to take a trip to the salad bar on a to go order!). Great Food Fair Price. Really glad they were able to come back from the Fire!!

The service is how it ought to be amazing. We always try and stop here when driving to colorado. If your going through lubbock or you live here, we'll lucky you... must try. I would probably be in here once a week if I lived closer. Good old hometown feel. Like it used to be. Reminds me of good old trail dust just missing the dance floor and the slide!
